Procall is the perfect solution to integrate your Ascotel telephone system with the full power of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange . Procall allows each or selected extension users to identify callers using a pop-up contact screen which recognises the callers identity from the Caller ID telephone number. You can then choose to open the full contact details further information. Alternatively, Procall can be set to automatically open the full contact or journal details from Outlook on receipt of an incoming call.

Outbound calls can be dialled at the click of a mouse and Procall can keep a full log of the calls made and received. It can even notify you of any missed calls by sending an email which includes the callers number as a hyperlink to allow one touch call, ensuring you never miss an important call.

On screen Busy Lamp Field is included within Procall Enterprise, giving today's equivalent of key and lamp working, but with a host of added benefits. View whether colleagues are busy on the telephone plus the number (and name if stored) of callers.

In addition, Procall allows you to can see if staff are out of the office, answer calls remotely (call pick-up), send on screen messages to colleagues, store quick-dial numbers, set up new contacts directly from incoming call details plus a host of other convenient features.
