The Voice Mail System is a valuable automatic telephone attendant
which stores 39 different outgoing announcements for responding
dependent on business hours, breaks, vacations etc. Callers are
asked to select criteria such as language, department or type of
enquiry, and are forwarded accordingly. This frees your staff from
routine tasks and the need to continually respond to frequently
asked questions such as opening and business hours. The call routing
function allows specific numbers, e.g. from abroad, to be analysed
and processed so that callers from abroad can be welcomed immediately
in their own language: an important plus for internationally active

PBX telecommunications system, simple installation and efficient
